“The Bespoke was the perfect place for us to relax and disconnect for our stay! The apartment was well appointed and super spacious. The kitchen was well supplied for a vacation rental, which made it so easy to cook most of our meals. Located right on the beach, the beach area was clean and private, it never got too noisy or crowded and there were always available loungers. Location was superb, just be aware that the road off the highway is a dirt road and riddled with potholes! Otherwise the……

Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Cachito de Cielo is a beautiful and private hotel in the Tulum jungle. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I recommend staying here especially if you feel like being a few minutes away from the congested part of Tulum town. Tanya, the owner, was very helpful.”
