“The WiFi, internet was terrible, my kids couldn’t use there tablets in the room, showers were ok… took forever for the hot water to get warm.”

“The rooms were too small. No queen beds only doubles. We had four adults. We weren't allowed a cot because it was a fire hazard so why have them. Then we had an emergency and had to check out early and they wouldn't refund the money for the one night. When we're in New York again we will never stay there again. The only positive was the staff.”

“poor room quality”
