This hotel location is very convenient for me, the options of restaurants near are a plus. The staff is very friendly but I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

Great communication. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. The only anomaly I experienced is that I was charged in full at time of booking even though it was advertised as pay later. This wasn’t an issue for me but I see in other reviews where it’s been problematic.

I love Cerritos, grew up in Cerritos, and still have family I visit frequently there. It’s still not too crowded, the neighborhoods are beautiful, as are the parks.
