“We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ……

“Decent enough for the current price, out of season, small apartment, mainly oriented at summer holiday guests, outdated kitchen equipment and in general the buildings need maintenance. Staff was friendly. The hot water boiler didn't switch on when I arrived, but staff got it fixed within an hour. In general it's okay if you don't expect a modern facility. The seaside is nice though and the parc does provide entertainment, and also the town of Porec and the wider Istrian area is beautiful.”

“観光エリア内の好立地。バスターミナルは街の逆側なので徒歩15分程度は掛かります。 早朝、夜も人通りがあり、危険性は感じない。下がレストランのようで人によっては夜の騒音が多少気になるかも。 エアコン、冷蔵庫など設備も十分。 鍵の受け渡しもメールのやり取りで簡単に進められるので心配なし。”
