“Das Zimmer könnte insgesamt in einem besseren Zustand sein. Leider waren einige Verschmutzungen sichtbar, und die Einrichtung ist inzwischen deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, etwas mehr zu investieren und einige Bereiche zu renovieren oder zu erneuern, um den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt waren die Aufzüge. Die Wartezeiten waren sehr lang, Dadurch kam es immer wieder zu unnötig langen Wartezeiten, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich……

“Top Lage,sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut aber leider Abendessen immer die gleichen Beilagen,kein Salat,Nachspeise eher fertig gekauft,voll Schade für so ein Hotel. Personal war sehr nett beim Frühstück,beim Abendessen eher unprofessionell. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Parkplatz leicht zu finden und Abholung hat super funktioniert.”

“The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. The TV didn’t work, the rusty fridge leaked and hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. The only real positive was the restaurant we visited. Benjamin offered a high standard of service and the food was very good. We would never go back and definitely not recommend staying there - it’s a health trap!”

“This hotel was amazing, we were traveling with our daughter so we had a suite for three people and it was perfect! The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!”

My daughter is a celiac and they catered to her very well- very friendly and helpful staff and she had a lot of options. Beaches and pools were wonderful. Honestly just brilliant.”

“Overall the hotel is excellent, very clean and new. The breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the room is too warm and when we opened the windows, it’s quite noisy as our room is facing the road. ”
