“The property was beautiful and location was great! Only thing is there is construction next door so might not be the best if you’re looking to just be by the pool bc of the noise. We were out most of the time so no issues for us. Overall we are happy with our stay. ”

“This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. ”

“We absolutely loved the home and particularly the location directly on the beach. Because it is such a calm area, we were able to spend the majority of the trip in the ocean/on the beach. The covered part of the pool was also a plus for the afternoon it rained. Julian was very welcoming and responsive when we needed help. The only negative was the abundant mosquitos, which was noted in the documents provided in advance. A suggestion to provide candles or something of the sort to deter the pests……

“The place was great, just what we were hoping for. Coffee machines were awesome. Proximity to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay were great. Small beach at bottom of stairs is great for little kids. Paddleboarding is good on the creek, just make sure you catch it not at low tide or you’ll be walking!”

“We had an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos. My friend and I brought our college daughters for a fun weeklong getaway. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. Leola was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! ”
