“We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. If you plan to cook, you will need to stock up at the local store -……

“Well I had to wait almost 2 extra hours upon check in because I didn’t receive the correct room I booked. The receptionist stated because I booked via 3rd party which made absolutely no sense. Stated for my troubles she was going to have some of my money compensated back & was trying to contact Expedia but I see that didn’t happen. Upon going to new room, a leak from the air conditioner was constantly dripping to where it was puddles. Did not receive linen, had to ask both days. The pics on……

“Yes it was not a 5-star property, however, more could have been done to ensure a better experience. The corridors were wet and constantly in need of sweeping. The bathroom was not attractive - grout shouldn’t be brown, so it looks like it may be not clean. Faucet too short, and caused difficulty when being used. Bathroom fan shouldn’t turn on, for every time the light is turned on. Too much shrubbery invited too many lizards, which made it difficult to walk without fear. Staff didn’t……
