“We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. “One of the best spots on the coast of “Casa Branca”’s posh hills. My flight arrived early and I took a refreshing and friendly walk on The Corniche! Excellent coffee and croissants, friendly people, lovely blue ocean! When I return I was given an early check-in, which was very appreciated indeed! Extremely courteous and helpful men at the reception, restaurant, bar! And lovely music, by the way! ”

“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the……

“Loved this cute studio apartment! It had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood is calm, restaurants, grocery store, and walking distance to the corniche about 15 minutes. The host is helpful and easy to communicate with. ”
