Great place in a great neighborhood

All the comforts of home! Although we did a lot of walking around the city, there is literally enough to do in just a few blocks radius of this rental. Highly recommend.

Close to Shopping and Food

Cute rental. Rooms and one en-suite bathroom are very small. Only one set of towels for each bathroom and one dish towel so if you’re staying more than a couple of days you’ll want to buy/bring laundry detergent. Parking and ingress/egress is super tight so beware if you drive something larger than a compact.

Beautiful property in a prime location!

We stayed at this property in January while my husband was undergoing open heart surgery at MUSC, and it was truly the perfect place for us during such a stressful time. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick, under-10-minute trip to the hospital and walkable to King Street for some much-needed moments of relaxation.As expected for such a prime spot, you can hear some street and sidewalk noise in the bedrooms at night. However, we brought a sound machine, and it wasn’t an issue for us at all!Parking is a little snug, but we found street parking nearby without any trouble.The host was absolutely wonderful—super responsive and so accommodating whenever we had questions!Overall, we’d give it a 9/10 and can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in Charleston. Highly recommend!

Scottish Games weekend

Location is great - easy walk to King Street, history district, etc. Easy drive to Riverfront Park for the Scottish Games and a late lunch at Folly Beach (Rita's restaurant - great service and a delicious lunch). Very Clean and quiet. Beds are were very comfortable.

Great condo, great location

My daughter and her bridesmaids loved this condo. It's in a great location withn walking distance to everything. It was beautifully decorated and communication with property management was great.

We enjoyed our stay, however not many accommodations for the price per night. Listing states sleeps 6 only accommodates for 4 guests. Not enough towels, seating. Bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms makes it difficult for those staying on couch. Not a comfortable stay for more 4.

College of Charleston visit

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. My daughter is looking at colleges. It’s a beautiful home, safe, easy to access and you can walk to everything. Includes a parking spot and washer/dryer! Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Spring break

We loved Charleston and the walkability of the city and this property allowed a lot of freedom to walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. The whole property was attractive and laid out well - loved the two bathrooms. The courtyard was also lovely. The parking was tight, but I was immensely thankful to have a dedicated parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to stay, great location

Two couples were there for a wedding weekend. We loved being able to walk to King St. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Owners were very responsive to any questions or requests! I recommend it. FYI before going I heard it was loud and we used the sounds machines at night and we slept great. No noise and I’m a light sleeper.

Just a Getaway

The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. The parking situation is a challenge - the space is against the building with little room to maneuver into the space. We chose the unit due to its proximity to King Street -- however, that end of King Street is a little rundown with a lot of vacant buildings or building under renovation.

Unit looks very trendy but was not very functional for the three in my family.

Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived at 5 pm. Cleaning staff were still on site but reluctant to be worried until I texted pics to management then all three hopped right into getting the unit cleaned. Very well furnished but very tight in the one bedroom and bath for any movement around the room for more than one person. There was lots of noise in the morning from guests overhead. Living room is very small also but adequate. Parking at the property is very tight and I would suggest compact cars only. Beautifully furnished unit but functionally inadequate for more than three parties.

First time to Charleston -Success

Property was as described, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transit by bus, pedi cart or Uber of course to many more if limited in ability to walk distance. Some noise above as neighbors came in later at night but no major concern. Very up to date and had much more than was needed for my mom and me. Parking was tight for suv in space but able to maneuver and fit in. Communication excellent. Would have been nice to have little later check out time than 10am but understand I could have requested to see if possible. Would definitely stay again !!!

Perfect Family Spot in Charleston

We were thrilled with this property for our first family trip to Charleston. Totally walkable with children from 8 years old to teens. Very safe. Fun decor and good space for our family. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you need. Parking was tight, but doable in our SUV. Would totally stay here again and have already recommended it! Only small detail I would mention is that the master shower has a large rain showerhead that is quite high, so for short people who don't want to wash your hair every time you shower, bring a shower cap! But, the shower is great!

Wonderful Charleston trip

Guesthouse Charleston EAST 46 E was just as described. Clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to restaurants and bars. We used Uber to go to market area, but walked home. Liked having off street parking and reserved space. Only one suggestion, i am short and a little stool for closet area would have been nice. Highly recommend!
