“Small outdated rooms.”

“For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue. Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was……

“The Hotel is well located for tourist activities. The room was comfortable and quiet. Included breakfast was great. Most of the staff, specifically the desk clerks and valets were very helpful, but one of the breakfast servers was rude and almost nasty. The hotel has been completely modernized, and Instagram ready. One flaw is that the bathroom floor is marble and extremely slippery when wet, and it is impossible not to get it wet when showering.”

However, we have noticed over the past two stays that the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, are in much need of a remodel. We stayed in room 305 this week and the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The shower is a mess, showerhead was leaking all around the connection point and the TVs would not connect to the streaming services……
