This was a"budget" motel, if you just need a clean place conveniently located to i85 this will work. My room was newly renovated and was surprisingly clean each day, which you dont get with alot of the more pricey places anymore, right for the price, no frills.

I was in town for a race so last minute I stayed here to be close the the start point. Was inexpensive. The free breakfast was a nice suprise. Check in went smoothly. Parking lot was very odd. I would have felt safer had the parking lot not had so much riff raff hanging out in it.

The Staff here at Rodeway are great! The are friendly and very helpful. This has been the best Motel I have stayed in since I started to attend The World Finals!!! I will stay here again next year,

The property was safe and quiet. The exterior was new construction but inside the room was a different story. There was new furniture in the room but the carpet was terrible. The sink and toilet were clean but the shower was old and not so clean. Overall, for the price the room was acceptable.

Well-priced, clean stay, with friendly staff.

The hotel might scare you away right now from the outside, but my room was clean and well-equipped, and worth the rate paid. The desk help and owner were very nice. I met and spoke to the owner upon my departure, and he explained that half of the hotel and their new welcome desk lobby are about to be reopened for business, after an extensive remodel investment. The half I stayed in will then be taken down for renovation as well. Right now the rate is very attractive both due to the location being a little isolated from restaurants and activities that are just minutes away, and due to the construction. But I think it is worth it if you just want a quiet, clean, comfortable night stay, and you don't mind the unattractive neighborhood. Know that until they open their new lobby, which I believe is just weeks away, breakfast will not be offered.
