“First time staying in a rental that is the hosts primary residency, which was different. However, the house was very tidy, cozy, and eclectic. The hosts were very good with communication and making the check in/out uncomplicated. Great stay!”

“Our group of friends had a great stay here! The house is as shown in the pictures and the location is great for visiting Charlottesville and the surrounding area. Ample street parking is available and there were plenty of towels and dishes. They didn’t have a long list of items to do to checkout which was nice since everyone had to get on the road early the last day. Definitely recommend! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in October. Taneia was super and responded to all questions quickly. The house was spacious & cozy for our group of 8. Bedrooms & baths were nice. TV in common area would have been nice so all of us could watch a big game we wanted to see together. However, wasn’t a drawback in staying here. Close to restaurants and downtown area. Would stay here again if back in Charlottesville.”

“We loved this cozy apartment within walking distance to the Mall area, the Saturday farmers market, and the cute area of Belmont with all of its restaurants. We only used the car for day trips to Shenandoah National Park to hike, Carter Family apple orchard, and King Family vineyard, all of which I would recommend. The neighborhood is a little transitional but felt safe. A great home base for exploring this great town ”

“Beautiful house…great open area and kitchen for 4 couples attending a wedding in the Charlottesville area. Perfect location…right at the Downtown Mall and parking was easy too. ”

“First the renter should know that this is a very small place. It's clean and well done, but very small. The parking situation is tricky, as it's down an alley and requires some maneuvering if you have a larger car or SUV. With all that said, the location is HUGE! It's so close to the Charlottesville Market, many restaurants, and activities. All factors considered, I highly recommend the place, mainly for the location.”

“Fabulous property for a yearly girls trip! The house is beautiful decorated in the most girlie way. Great space for 5 college friends to gather and celebrate our easing into our 60’s. We loved the location - so close to great restaurants and shopping. We hired a car and driver for a day of winery tours. Highly recommend enjoying wine and food on the back patio at Early Mountain Winery. We spent another day at the Boars Head spa. Sunrises from the back deck and evening games at the table made……
