“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

“位置很好，交通也方便，但是我們入住的當天 洗手台的水槽沒辦法漏水，因此隔天晚上跟前台的小姊姊說，她讓我們換一間房間，但是由於客滿的關係，我們只能住一天，隔天必須換回原本的房間，並送我們一天的早餐。結果隔天早上要去吃早餐，小姊姊並沒有跟其他前台人員交接，所以其他人都不知道我們的情況，說要吃早餐需要付錢，然後洗手台也是我們說了，他們才修的，讓我們等30分鐘之後再換房間。那如果我不說 是不是就不會及時處理問題，要浪費我更多的時間在等。總之，我覺得沒有說到做到這點不是很好，下大雨還只能先去附近找吃的然後再搬行李⋯⋯”

“At first when we arrived, from the outside I felt a bit received as it looked very different to the pictures. Once we got inside, to reception and room, we were amazed and so in love with all the small extra things they had added to either decorate the place or to make it more eco-friendly. Room was spacious with plenty of natural light, very big for it's size, super comfy bed, nice bathroom, french press as coffee and there was a kitchen on the outside where you can get free drinks (cola or……

“Considering that a lot of people are using the same space, Whoo hostel is really very clean. What I love most is the staff; they are lovely. Overall my stay was great, I had enough privacy and felt welcomed. I suggest that they add something salty in the breakfast, and maybe provide an electric mosquito coil in the room, since on my second day there were a lot of mosquitoes I slept poorly.”

“Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room. Also give me good recommendations for dinners. Consider close to city centre, just 10 min walking to the Place Gambetta. If very senstive yo noise, may hear……
