素敵な宿！

カサブランカからバスでシャウエンまで向かい1泊で利用しました。 バスで向かう際は到着後タクシーで向かい5分ほど歩く必要があります。 青い街並みがかわいらしく、リアドもカサブランカやマラケシュなどの観光都市と異なり こじんまりとしていてサービスも過剰ではないですか 皆さんフレンドリーで安心しました。 シャウエン自体、ほかの都市に比べ気温が低く 建物も簡素なつくりのため、冬場は暖かい服装のほうがよさそうです。 素泊まりに近い形でしたが 朝食もテラスからいただき素敵な経験でした。 是非おすすめしたいです。

This property is hard to find so pay a guy when you get out of your taxi 10 diraham to help find it, it’s worth it. The staff were new but helpful. The Essaouira room had character but no view. It is December and there is no heat so it is very cold. The upstairs balcony view is absolutely stunning and makes this hotel a 5 star. Breakfast was delicious and the woman who served us is very kind.

Beautiful room with stained glass, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, nice and helpful staff The hotel is in need of maintenance, the handle on our sink fell off the toilet rocked side to side.

Riad right in Medina

The riad perfectly located right in the heart of the medina. Was a little difficult to find, but once there we had a nice apartment with plenty of space. Only issue we had was with boiler not working on second day which meant no warm shower. Aside from that, everything was great.

Cute riad located on main road inside the medina

Clean riad conveniently located on one of the main street of the medina and a few steps from good restaurants and the famous steps of Chefchaouen. Great views from the rooftop terrace, clean rooms for a riad. However wifi was either slow or did not work at all. There’s a megaphone right next to the riad so its a bit disruptive during call to prayers especially before sunrise but that’s also part of the experience.

A fantastic location in the heart of chefchaoun. Was easy to access the sites and the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mohammad. Lighting in our room could be improved would be main suggestion but really enjoyed the stay.

Riad carino. Peccato per il poco spazio in camera (il letto era posizionato in una Nicchia, per cui si poteva accedere a una delle due piazze solo dall'altra piazza). Mancando l'aria condizionata abbiamo dormito tutta la notte con un grande e rumoroso ventilatore acceso.

Just OK.

The room we had was along the street on the first floor so it was quite noisy. No WiFi in the room and the WiFi in the hall and lounge had no internet connection. The toilet in our room would not flush well and toilet smelled (which is not unusual for Morocco, our apartment in Casa has a smelly toilet-we keep the door closed and the vent fan on). The price was good and the staff was very nice. I would just like quieter and with internet access.

普普通通的酒店，风景还不错

酒店在老城的中心地带，如果你不想每天找不到路和每天都要爬坡的话，建议还是住在老城外面，也很方便，我定的房间是带独立阳台的，很大，视野很好，每天都可以看到日落，房间外面就是餐厅，我们去的时候是淡季人不多，还挺安静的，到了旺季不知道外面会不会影响到房间里休息，酒店的早饭是自助的，味道还行，房间的设施一般，马桶还是坏的，床的话偏小，看房间整体布局应该是改过了，还有上下楼要走楼梯，很陡，做好准备

You must stay here!

Warm and welcoming staff. Stunning terrace views. Delicious, homemade brekkie. Clean, cute rooms. Quiet location. Staff was extremely helpful with finding restaurants, hammams, and even carried my luggage to the taxi center. If you dont stsy here, you're missing out!

Very good location in Medina, close to everything. There are lots of tourists, especially from China. I did not expect that. They seem to be the latest wave as all the vendors would greet you in Chinese or Japanese. If you are Asian, you are marked.

Staff and owner very helpful.

The riad is in the middle of the medina on the main walking street. So very well situated with nice picture spot a few step away. The staff and the owner was very helpful. The riad is very clean. They got a nice vIew from the terrace. They offer a landery service at a acceptable price (most hotel ask way more). When my wife got sick from something she eat in Fez the day before we arrive, the owner was helpful and even gave us his private cell phone number if we needed something.

Good for a short stay

Our stay overall was ok, the view from the top floor is incredible. We booked the room with the private terrace (which was beautiful!) but didn't get wifi (had to stand in the hallway outside in the common area to get wifi). Overall the riad was nice, just needed some updated and minor repairs (our toilet seat was broken, the tiles on the door missing, etc - nothing major just cosmetic). The riad is located in a nice area close by restaurants and shopping. We only stayed one night, so it was totally fine and what we had expected -- the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely Riad with kind and gracious hosts.

The Riad is beautiful. Our hosts were so very helpful. They organized a taxi to meet us at the TNG airport at midnight and drive us to Chefchouen ... upon arrival in the middle of the night the driver then walked us to our Riad helping with luggage etc. It was a very welcoming experience to Morroco and the beautiful town in the North. Our room in the Riad was stunning, our hosts provided a gentle atmosphere. We would recommend this Riad to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed and safe.
