Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom self-catering mews home, perfect for up to 6 guests. Nestled on a tranquil side road in Montpellier, the heart of Regency Cheltenham, this charming home offers a peaceful retreat with all the conveniences of city living.
Accommodation Details:
- Ground Floor:
- Private Entrance: Step into a cozy lounge diner featuring a corner sofa (convertible to a small double sofa bed upon request), a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- Kitchen:Fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
- Downstairs WC: Conveniently located for easy access.
- First Floor:
- Master Bedroom: Includes a double bed and a private en suite shower.
- Second Bedroom: Another comfortable double bedroom.
- Additional Shower Room: Modernized and easily accessible.
Amenities:
- Parking: Allocated parking space available. We can also arrange residents' parking permits for up to 2 extra cars at £5 per day per car.
- Self-Contained Experience:Keys are available in a key safe box, with the code provided prior to your arrival.
-Communication: Quick responses to guest queries via the AirBnB app during the day.
- Location: Southwood Lane is a quiet lane in Montpellier, with Cheltenham's best bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away.
Additional Features:
- Kitchen:Fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided. Please let us know if you need any other cooking basics before your arrival.
- Entertainment: Complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for accessing your streaming accounts.
- Linen and Toiletries: All linen for double beds, mattress and pillow protectors, bath and hand towels, bath/shower mats, toilet roll, shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream are provided. A tea towel is also available in the kitchen.
- Housekeeping:Complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. For shorter stays, additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
