The room was nothing like the pictures. It was hair everywhere. The shower water went down slow. No real light by the jetted tub. Everything was old. And the room smelled. the breakfast was awful. 2nd day breakfast area didnt look like it had been cleaned. Only thing that looked pleasing was the courtyard. Outside doors the locks didnt work. Floor by the shower and tub were dented in. And the breakfast area was FREEZZING COLD!!!! We were put into another room that was occupied walked in on a lady who was completely naked. Went back to get another room. This room had black mold on the ceiling and water bubbles in the paint running down the wall. Finally got into a room that was clean the light fixtures we’re taking down over the bed so the only light was the little one on the desk and the strip lights around the ceiling(red) The hot tub,shower and bed saved the day. Staff was polite and did their best to fix the situation just over booked and under staffing. Breakfast was average coffee was excellent!! No food in rooms posted no coffee machine in room although it did have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Several guests had issues also and it seemed to be a regular thing for this property! The towel hook on the bathroom door was loose, the shower curtain rod was loose. One of the wall lamps was mounted crooked. The heater on my room didn't work very well and got how cold it was i needed heat.
