They have a nice pool but if you want to use it you have to be two people and if closes at 7 pm. The bar was excellent. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. We stayed for a week and housekeeping never emptied ur garbages. All they did was change our towels and the last day we didn’t even get new facecloths.

A lot of the doors were painted white very messy my towel bar was bent the tile on the back tub wall was a hot mess caulk , the darkening shade on the window went down but would not go back up they fixed it but the next day same thing. don't mean to be picky but these are just some of the things they could improve on

I could not sleep because there were fights next to my room felt very unsafe . Police was there and more fights ., kids extremely loud . I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and never experienced this it was a lot going through on. I booked a table for a birthday celebration and was told there would be a dj and there was no dj and not a good experience at bar Louie either . They said they didn’t have my reservation that I booked weeks ago and no DJ .

They have remodeled the building but it still seems outdated. We had a horrible night only needed the room to get some sleep but unfortunately that was the only thing we couldn't do here. Our neighbor was slamming doors all night arguing with a family member woke us out of our sleep . I actually had to call the front desk around midnight cause the yelling was too much. After the call it did get lower. A really good location theres so much to do nearby by the visit was horrible for us

I made my reservations through Expedia After arriving at the hotel, I went to the front desk and spoke to the Indian guy before I checked in the Action was the pool open. He says the pool is being worked on and it closes at seven. I explain that booked this hotel because I want my grandkids to get into the pool after learning that the pool was not working. I immediately left and one checked in at the Hyatt hotel in Villa Park. I contacted Expedia and explain my situation and ask him could they give me a credit? They told me that they needed to call the hotel and confirm my statement after speaking with the front desk, they immediately told him that they never spoke to me. I’m like wow what a terrible hotel that doesn’t give credit to a customer because you’re a pool is not working or closed at seven not a good place to stay when the staff cannot assist you in the Needs such as this, I would never stay at this hotel and I think we’re gonna find a new source to book my reservations through Expedia did not do a good job customer service

Property is very rundown, and dirty, beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Mold in the bathroom and bath tub was leaning downwards like it was Damaged. So very slippery. Elevators are scary to be in, flooring was coming apart and filthy! All in all just gross.
