“洗手间马桶抽水是坏的，冲完水不复位，半夜我小孩上完洗手间冲完水，按钮不复位，马桶的水就一直在放流，而且声音很响，直接给我吵醒了，刚到加拿大，倒时差中，后面就没睡着了。”

“Gorgeous property and room and gorgeous hosts! This place was an oasis of calm in a busy metropolitan area; beautiful garden and outlook (Sunset room has best outlook and is quiet) and is surrounded by trees and fields. Was surprised to realise that the bathroom is shared, although there were no other guests booked in when we were there so thankfully we had it to ourselves. Great breakfasts and warm and obliging hosts. ”

“我們到達酒店5:10pm，沒有地方辦理入住登記.我們只好進入餐廳尋問，原來在餐廳登記，餐廳服務員用了二十分鐘，找不到我入住的資料，我提供入住信息之後，他們叫我自行去餐廳後面的房間，沒有給我們鎖匙、沒人帶領我們，我們找了十分鐘才找到房間，房間很小、樓層很矮，站着伸手可及電風扇，感覺進了鳥巢，房間沒有網絡，沒有咖啡壺，沒有電視，家俱很舊，感覺相片跟現實相差太遠，浴簾也得自己安裝上去，第一次有這種入住體驗。”

“The space was super clean and well-organized. Check-in and communications with the host were straightforward and timely. "Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
