Actually would not book it if I realized it is a basement suit at the time of booking. It was not possible to cancel as property owner charged 50% right away, not refundable! On 2nd night, at 10:30pm, after we came back to the B&B, all of a sudden the power went out in multiple outlets, among them the fridge, microwave, charging stations were not working. The landlord did not cooperate even though I mentioned my medication depends on cold storage. He came to fix it next day after 11am after my husband called him.
