“服務態度不好，暖氣壞掉去跟櫃檯很難溝通。然後就算派人來確認，也故意不說英文，也沒有把暖氣修好，默默就開門離開，留下錯愕的我們，沒暖氣害我老婆冷到感冒。誇張的還有熱水瓶竟然有水，表示沒有認真清潔。整體不推薦亞洲人來這間飯店！”

“Das Hotel hat eine prima Lage zur Innenstadt 5Min oder großem Einkaufszentrum und ist dennoch recht ruhig. Im Haus selber gibt es kein Restaurant, nur für Frühstück oder Reisegruppen. An der Rezeption gab es aber gute Restaurant-Tips. Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz, sogar mit Kühlschrank, könnten aber auch die ein und andere Renovierung vertragen. Perfekt ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz im Hof”

“Lovely hotel in a lovely town. Breakfast par excellence. The only problem we had were the Terry cloths fitted sheets that made us feel like sleeping on a heating pad one cannot escape from. What a “treat” on a hot summer day(!) To be fair I encountered this at another hotel in CZ. Nothing beats cool cotton satin sheets. ”

“I book a room and they upgraded me to an apartment. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good but simple. Everything is great except for the free wifi. We asked the reception for the free wifi to use and she gave us one. When we went back to our room on the first floor, there is already no signal. And reception will be off from 9pm till the next morning. Will recommend it to others.”

“We stayed at Hotel Podhrad to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is on th the expensive side, but in line with the surrounding options. The parking areas available are scattered around, so be prepared to walk a bit in case the adjacent parking spots are taken. The included breakfast was okay, but a bit lacking compared to other hotels we've been to in the Czech Republic. The rooms are okay in general: - There is no air conditioning. - The water temperature in the shower seems to fluctuate and……

“Die Lage ist Top. Direkt an der Innenstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstück wurde individuell auf Vegetarisch angepasst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war sehr angenehm. Wir würden das Hotel erneut buchen. ”

“Sehr gute Lage, allerdings dadurch auch teilweise laut. Die Straßenlaternen haben durch die Fenster geleuchtet und man konnte nicht richtig abdunkeln, weil nur Stoffvorhänge vorhanden waren. Sehr gutes kostenloses WLAN.”

“Leider kein Zimmerservice, Betten nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher und am Montag nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Fitnessraum und Schwimmbad stehen nur eingeschränkt bzw. gar nicht zur Verfügung. ”

“Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder - alle waren begeistert. Für Kinder war Sauna und Becken jeden Abend ein Erlebnis, wir haben gegrillt, gespielt, - das Haus ist auch für 8 Personen sehr groß! Alle Küchenutensilien waren da, sogar zwei Kaffemaschinen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt - bis 30-40 km Autofahrt konnten wir Zoo, Schwimmanlagen, HIstorische Innenstädte erreichen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”
