“Amazing lodging for an American newbie tourist in Florence. Newly renovated, beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed, the room, the staff, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Delightfully located in historical Florence just minutes walking distance from the key attractions- Uffizi, Duomo, Pitti Palace/Boboli Gardens are about a safe 10-15 minute walk. The space was definitely compact, but having the toilet and shower in separate areas was actually a nice and practical touch. The only downside was that the separate toilet did not have a sink, which was a little inconvenient. “This is the third time I have stayed with NH Marbella, but the first since the refurbishment. The room was lovely, clean and roomy, I was pleased to see that a kettle and coffee machine had been included in the room as this was not the case a couple of years ago - makes such a difference also small touches like free bottled water and chocolates in your room each day was nice.
