Two peaceful bedrooms with luxurious and spacious beds, 1x King bed in the master bedroom and x1 Queen bed on the ground floor bedroom, 2 modern full bathrooms. Black out blinds and privacy sheer curtains. Enjoy your afternoons on the balcony. Delve into the central city delights right on your doorstep. Spend your days exploring Hagley Park, Avon River, and Riverside Markets.
Welcome to this exquisite 3-story residence! The ground/first floor presents a generously sized bedroom featuring a spacious Queen bed with 5 star hotel linen, a wardrobe, and a full bathroom equipped with both a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and heated bidet toilet.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
