“I was honestly really disappointed with this room. It was dirty and very poorly maintained. The toilet seat was rusted, the bathtub had dirty/moldy-looking areas around it, the walls were stained, and several things were damaged or falling apart. Even the remote was missing the battery cover. I don’t expect a room to be perfect, but I do expect it to be clean and taken care of, especially when I’m paying to stay there. I definitely would not stay here again.”

We would make one suggestion: knowing limited huoman resources and water etc., some extra attention to the grounds would go a long ways to a welcoming and hanging-out atmosphere.
