“Rooms were clean and beds extremely comfortable! The front desk clerk (in the knee cart) is the most awesome person and very professional. She tended to our needs with my special needs grandchildren. Casino was clean but not a lot of patrons, which I found strange, but the bartender was awesome! ”

“Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Parking is good. We stay here everytime we pass thru Santa Fe. Room's have a new filtration fan that we have never noticed before. Very loud. We had maintenance silence it so we could sleep”

“Found hotel clean and quiet. Local area has many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and general shopping. I bought dinner from grocery store and heated it up in breakfast area microwave without any hassle from staff. And breakfast offering was legitimate. Parking is a little constrained ... arriving after 7 PM couldn't put my vehicle near my room. ”

“The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered. ”
