“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

“The beach is very close to the property. There were not too many people on the beach. It kind of looked run down and abandoned. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the neighborhood. Property was decorated nice and was very secure. I didn’t have the correct code to the lock box when checking in so it took a little while for the property owner to resend me the right code. There were ants and mosquitoes in the unit. You get a convenient parking spot in the parking area……

“The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

“Really nice place in a really nice spot! The host only communicated when necessary. Walking distance to the beach and plenty to do in the area. Only downside was the bathroom smelled strongly of sewer gas. ”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked this hotel a month in advance for my birthday getaway, only to be told the same day as check-in that I was being moved to a completely different property that wasn’t even the hotel. A partial refund doesn’t make up for not receiving the accommodation I booked.”

“Everything was accurately advertised with this property. Safe neighborhood, and close to the beach. Very clean, and was pleasantly surprised with the beach gear that they had for us to borrow during our stay. ”
