"My room was spotless but the elevators were bad! Food, pop , sticky floors. They definitely could use some cleaning. Front desk bar staff were awesome. Shuttle service and driver was great! "

"Likes: Very courteous and friendly front-desk staff that were extremely helpful in meeting our needs (special recognition to Derrick and Mar); very comfortable and spacious room well-equipped with amenities, great location in close walking distance to shopping and dining, and to Washington Park, reasonable room rates. Did not like: Very tight parking spaces at the Suites (we regularly parked across the street at the Inn, which had wider parking spaces), less than satisfactory housekeeping service (often forgot to replenish required toiletries and towels)."

"Great location easy to park and a lot to do around the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and rooms were clean. Only negative is there was a lot of kids if you are looking for more of a quiet adult getaway might not be the spot for you. "
