We booked a room for 5 needing a rollaway bed that the listing said was available at no additional charge. I put in the requests at booking & called the day of before noon confirming it would be in our room. Checking in about 6:30pm., the man at the desk was rude, he said they didn’t have any rollaway beds in the entire motel, he said whoever we talked to didn’t know what they were talking about & he was the only one that knew anything. He finally with a disgruntled attitude went and found a twin blow up mattress and brought it to our room with a set of bedding for it. We asked for an extra blanket. He said the only extra blanket in the entire motel was the one he gave us for the blow up bed. We had issues with our keys not working several times. The room smelled terrible, I don’t even know how to describe it. The environment caused all 5 of us to feel unwell. . We tried keeping the window open until we went to sleep to help, but it didn’t help enough.
