"Really good hotel but we were really disappointed the pool wasn’t working. This was one of the reasons we reserved and paid for this particular hotel. We didn’t get any discount for this. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. "

"Our room was clean and well-supplied. Good wifi, hot water, comfortable bed, and quiet HVAC. Elevator needed for upper-floor rooms. Breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs and sausage. But NO COFFEE!?! Very disappointing, although staff apologized and gave supplies for in-room coffee. If “the box didn’t arrive,” authorize staff to go to a nearby grocery store and buy some ground coffee. "
