No refrigerator or coffee maker but that was ok with me. Light switches didn’t work. Electric sockets sparked and moved into wall. That’s if they worked at all. So as I slept I heard dripping noises and stepped off bed into a flooded room. Water dripping from ceiling and soaked wall by my bed. Compensation offered was another room if they could find one. Now this was at 8am. Checkout was 11am. A lot of good that would do. Would only give me less than a third of what I paid as refund. Big whoop. Manager was Dorothy Jefferson. She was not someone that should deal with the public. Awful. When in jammies went to tell them she asked “what did you do?” As I was walking out of office she said “you should thank god that I had a bed to sleep in”. I was trying to be understanding but she finally pushed me over my limit. I could have been electrocuted with all the faulty wiring. I’ve been going to west Helena for twenty five years to the blues fest and will never again stay at the delta inn on hwy 49\. I hope that hotels.com doesn’t recommend this place any longer as it will surely hurt your reputation. Ps.
