“The host was insane. Said I broke a cup and tried to charge me an extra 100.”

“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists……

“Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. We received only two washcloths and two towels for a four-day stay. The……

“Very clean Communication is Excellent. Excellent host”

“The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.”

“We love the location, very helpful, quick response”

“It was very clean and cozy. Loved the location and view! We would stay again. ”

“My first experience with VRBO. Convenient, easy. Property is in perfect location. Clean. Great value. I would definitely use VRBO again and this property again.”

“This stay was so convenient and close to so many shops and restaurants nearby. Check in was simple and the communication with the host was super easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! ”

“Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have……

“The place had not received a proper cleaning prior to our arrival. It was below the standard we expect. The manager tried to resolve the issues but we won't be renting here again.”

“Near the park and school. It was awesome. ”

“The place is spacious, you've got everything you need. However, the motor of the living room AC has been very loud noise. Also, the entertainment options need to be improved. They have a Roku tv with someone else's signed in and it wil be difficult to watch your favorite sports or tv shows. I already made the owner aware of such. Once these were fixed, overall, I recommend this place.”
