“This was a great place to stay beds were great was a perfect size for 6 of us would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in Starkville”

“Location was convenient and a nice quiet setting. Decor was very nice and accommodating. There were a few personal things left by the owner that we weren't expecting...like food in the fridge and cabinets. Also, the dishwasher had not been unloaded and we were not made aware. This was an issue when looking for utensils as we only found large serving spoons in the drawer. We didn't discover this until we were preparing to leave. There was no soap in the shower and bathroom trash had not……

“When we arrived, we had no idea where to park. There were numbers on the parking places, guy said there was no passes. All the other cars had passes in the windows. There were also no towels in one of the bathrooms. We had to go dig them out of the dryer. There was an empty cigarette carton on the outside patio. Clearly was not cleaned. There was also no Wi-Fi. We reached out to the owner several times trying to get access to the Wi-Fi with no response at all.”

“Slept 8 guys with a little ingenuity utilizing the couch and air mattress. Nice place very close to campus and the stadium. Easy walk to the stadium and a bit more to the cotton district (food and drink). Suited our football game needs very well.”

“Great location close to campus and downtown where most things you want to do are within a mile of your location.”

“Adam was a wonderful host & was available immediately to answer questions. The condo looked brand new! The condo was very spacious & the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own attached full bath & walk in closet was a real plus!!! There was also a half bath near the kitchen/living room. Definitely a A”

“Very nice place to stay for our tournament weekend in Starkville! Easy to find, very clean, very well stocked with everyday essentials. Great communication from the host, The beds were comfortable - everything was just as described in the listing.”

“Beautiful condo recently updated with the most impressive decor. Also very comfortable choices in furnishings. Easy walk to Davis Wade - took about 20 minutes so no need to hassle with game day parking. In fact, just a couple minutes drive to The District and anywhere else you need to go. Some of the complex shows age but it looks like additional buildings are being renovated so will be a nice complex once all are done. Do not hesitate to rent this condo! It is perfect in every way!”

“This condo was perfect for graduation weekend. Such a great space to gather, plenty of room and beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend!! ”
