“Wait in line to check in, the walk-in couple ahead of us get a king on top floor. Then proceeds to tell me there are no available rooms left matching what I reserved, king top floor. She puts us in a room that smells like a wet dog and next to a room with someone who yelled and slammed doors at random times. Awful, never again. Unless you like wet dog smell mixed with smokers cologne and paper thin walls…do not stay here. Way too high priced for poor quality.”

“The tub has a broken handle As a older person did not feel safe in & out The place was not cleaned one night We had to ask After that yes They took away old soap & did not leave any new”

“Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?”

“great location, easy to find, close to down town and the Surf Ballroom which is why we were in townwe came into for the Winter Dance Party - Buddy Holly! great kitchen with all the amenities Love the open kitchen/living room great for entertaining of all sizes.would be a great place to stay in summer months as it is walking distance to lake as well.thank you ”
