“Sadly, this hotel has gone down hill over the past year! There were no carts available to bring your suitcases and other travel items to your room, and back to your car. We were told by staff that a few were out for repairs; and with 3 weddings going on, some guests must have held the only 2 carts in their rooms! There wasn’t any complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby for guests; and there was now only instant coffee in the rooms! The grounds were a mess, with broken tree branches all over the……
