Stayed there 2 nights.
We needed to cover the Sofa bed for my oldest daughter and to our surprise, one of the bed sheets inside the plastic bag supposedly clean had poop stain! We couldn't believe! So I talked to the front desk lady, she apologised and told me that they will replace it immediately. I said Ok no problem. We went out to get food, we came back, the same lady said that the sheets were replaced, got to the room, the sheets were still there! Apparently, the cleaning crew misunderstood the room number. They came to our room with again, supposedly CLEAN sheet and... you guessed it. Poop stain again! Now a this point, my wife and I were tired, my daughters were exhausted, it was late, so I said let's take care of this in the morning! Went down in the morning I talked to a different lady, explained to whole situation, she apologised and didn't charge us for one night.
I would've understand if this issue happened at a crappy hotel but not at Hilton! Not to mention with COVID, they should be more careful with the cleanliness!
My wife was a flight attendant and travelled all over the world and she stayed at Hilton a lot so she recommended it for us. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Not the same Hilton it used to be I guess.
