“overall not bad but the bathroom pocket door was horribly scratched -- the floor molding was scratched by the vacuuming and the sofa was old ----- look like some things were updated and were fine and others just let go a bit too long”

“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“Very poor lighting outside at night. Room was cramped, mattress super soft. The thermostat control was awful, it was either to cold or to hot. TV malfunctioning at night called down to desk who said to turn it off but control did not work. We had asked for another room prior to check in. She stated full but when I called to complain about the TV I was told they could change my room Hmmm… who was not telling the truth? Night shift female only wanted to be on phone. The man that checked us out……
