The property was fine; nice clean rooms, breakfast very good. The front desk staff person was rude and brusque in his mannerisms. Seemed to be annoyed by my presence. Perhaps a cultural thing as I was a single woman traveling solo?

The room could have been cleaner, i.e. the toilet and shower. I had to tighten lightbulbs to get the lamps to work. The alarm clock was unplugged.

hotel is okay.. although I was charged an additional deposit upon check in. on my bank card upon checkout I was told it would be re deposited in my bank account within two days ( never heard of such a thing) here we are a week later still not returned and they wont answer my calls.. so be cautious of deposit or make sure you get it back soon as you check out

Got there late after a silverwood trip. Front desk agent was not friendly, welcoming, and honestly gave off a vibe he didn’t want anyone there. Room was fine, but creepy hunting art in the bathroom. Completely out of place. Then went down to breakfast, there was none at 9:30. Saw them bring out a few more eggs in a Tupperware that you could see had been warmed in the microwave. Yes it was inexpensive and the bed was comfortable, but nothing like any other quality inn we have stayed at.

Won't attempt to stay here again. They canceled our paid in full reservations made well in advance and were told we could call expedia for a refund and pay the higher price or "go elsewhere" by the manager. Expedia made arrangements at another hotel for us. But i will never stay at a choice hotel especially this one ever again.

The beds were absolutely horrible. They were the most uncomfortable things I've slept on. Every night when we came back, there were trash cans in the halls full of trash. They were constantly cleaning from the time we left till we got back. They offered free soup from 5-9, but it was cold until about six thirty seven o'clock.

Rooms were not clean. Stains on the floor. Desk clerk in the front was having a bad day and I didn't want to add to it. not his fault the experience was rough. Not a huge deal but should have realized how close to the road the hotel was .

The breakfast was pretty sad - out of food before end of breakfast. The bathroom was out of shampoo in the built-in containers. No daily service on rooms - when you are spending $182 night, you'd think you'd get some services and decent food. Only positive is that they accepted pets.

Overall it was a bed to sleep in. That’s the best I could say. The holder for the shampoo and conditioner kept dropping the bottles on me when in the shower. The shower head was “okay”. The doors creek and the bathroom door didn’t fit. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t well stocked. The gravy for the biscuits was oily and crusty. Overall I wasn’t impressed, my expectations were low but I didn’t think I lowered the bar that far.

The hotel is old, no elevator and just gave overall "scary" vibes. We checked in, then immediately started searching for a new hotel. While in town, a local cop told us that they are constantly being called to this hotel and that the night prior they just did a drug bust and pulled out a ton of fentanyl. He recommended a new hotel just down the street and told us we absolutely should not stay at the Quality Inn. We grabbed our bags and left out the side door. Didn't even ask for a refund.
