“Good location. Staff was very helpful - I needed additional towels andgot them quick. Breakfast was good, healthy and well stocked and re-stocked. The person who was in charge of breakfast was very attentive to details. Plenty of parking, however if you return to hotel after 9pm, you might have only few selections left a little farther from building. We felt very safe nevertheless.”

“This place is adorable ! Parking excellent you can park right in front of your room. In the evening they have lovely lights lit up around the building and swimming pool area . It quite lovely , quiet and peaceful! The staff very nice and welcoming ! A variety of food places are located very close to walk to or have delivered ! Enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Foothills Motel if you’re stopping off in Auburn ! Thank you”

“1, NO door on the bathroom. Only hotel/motel I visited in 50 years with no bathroom door. 2, Hallway carpeting had several spots/stains on it.”

“The only place we stay in grass valley. Quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown. Great happy hour and hand made omelets in the morning for breakfast.”
