“Nice little place in Foresthill, CA for a quick stop over. Close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable.”

“As a family we were very comfortable in this house and the area. Shopping, restaurants, and parks, were all very convenient. The home is fairly new in a good neighborhood.I would recommend this home with only one caveat, the cooking equipment is very limited. There are very few pans or bowls, making a spaghetti dinner required some creativity. Bed and bath linens were very nice.”

“We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. “Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and……
