“This is one of the most pet friendly VRBO’s that we have stayed in. The fenced yard is kept mowed and clean. The tiny house felts much bigger than it was described. Everything was clean and there were fresh picked tomatoes and fresh eggs available. I recommend a stay here!”

“Small space turned into a garage, the owner stays at the house next door and they watch you like a hawk! Owners were terrible, shows a spa but not allowed to use it. Do yourself a favor and find a better rental”

“Great room! The tv is great. The air is great!”

“The property was amazing! The only issue we had was with the door pad code. The one I received in my information e-mail was incorrect, but Lynette was quick to answer my phone call and tell me the correct code. In all honesty the correct code made more sense and I should have questioned the e-mail as soon as I got it. “This property is in an amazing location, a short distance from amenities, but most importantly right off the trail system. It has a beautiful fenced in yard and patio area that I was able to enjoy with my dog. It was very peaceful! The space itself is simple and relaxing and has all the basics.”

“nice and comfortable space!”

“Nicole was a great host. Everything was amazing. She made our little dog feel welcome and took the time to put a treat out. Can't wait to come again.”

“Great value - the location was perfect for us - near everything we wanted to do. Nice, safe neighborhood, responsive host, and very clean.”

“This little cottage in the middle of a farm was the perfect getaway from the city while we visited Davis for a friend's wedding. The room is comfortable, AC is a blessing, farm is beautiful, animals are adorable, and the local beers are fantastic. It's only a short 15 min drive into Davis for a quick coffee run or a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we're in the area again.”
