“We have always wanted to live in a tiny house! It was fun to pretend while traveling! This was a cute, clean, conveniently located place to stay. I would choose this property again!”

“Entire property was clean. Parking was great and easy. The listing was a little misleading, it didn’t specify that it was attached to the rest of the home, but that is honestly okay because whoever was in the house next door was so quiet. Bed were comfortable. I understand that the living room/ kitchen area is a small space, but a bigger sofa would have been nice. All in all it was a great little place. I’d recommend it to others for a quick weekend trip.”

“The apartment was clean and well maintained. Located Olin a quite residential area.Suitable for short term stays as space limited and more suitable for one person.Only minor issue was using the streaming apps on the tv as Netflix, Apple TV would not launch. I was able to overcome the issue by stream these apps on my devices and air play on the TV.”

“Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and……

“This place is clearly operated on the absolute bare minimum they can get away with. First off, terrible ant problem. I don’t believe they have regular pest control abatement they claim as I grew up in this area my entire life and never had anything close to this issue. The ants infested a makeup bag which was left on the counter and our toothbrushes, which we had to throw away. The way the rules are written sounds like an overruling parent leaving a teenager alone in the house for a weekend, not……

“This midtown one-bedroom was perfect for our stay in beautiful Sacramento. The ground-floor apartment was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable queen bed and nicely appointed bathroom and kitchen. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and never needed a car (though we love to walk; to get downtown you may want to uber). Cafes and restaurants were within easy walking distance, as was the Sutter Fort and Indian Museum. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept extremely well. My son lives just blocks……

“The shower only lasted 5 minutes be for getting cold. I told the management 2 days in and it didnt get fixed. I’m glad Im home so I can take a real shower. Would not stay there again. ”
