“It is very nice”

“Very nice hotel in the Charleroi city center. Most restaurants closed by 7 or 8pm, and was difficult to find many solid dining options. Not an easy city to navigate without a car.”

“The accommodation is great, new and clean with ample parking. very close to the Walibi theme park, just a 10 minute walk. Nice breakfast and free for under 16s. pool was not heated so was not usable in May, much to my son's disappointment. ”

“Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Other than that, very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet features some Belgian……

“Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again.”

“In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take. Here is no taxi app in service !!! ”

“Prima kamer, uitstekend ontbijt. Alleen jammer dat het naast gelegen restaurant gesloten was maar daar kon het hotel niets aan doen. Nu moesten we Nivelles in.”
