“Good”

“I came for one night after traveling for work. I didn't expect the Ritz but this was well below expectations and different than pictures of the location. Run down, tired items, paint and furniture including employees. Non smoking not enforced as someone was definitely smoking pot on the first floor near the main lobby. Mold looking growth in air conditioner. Sad pillows stained thin towels, orange shower curtain. Breakfast offered was sad despite friendly signage. Will not stay here again.……

“Good for overnight stay.”

“Stay went very smoothly”

“We booked through a third party. We we checked in the desk clerk said the TV in our room only had two channels so she upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge and this hotel and the surrounding ones were booked up. She had to turn 2 different guests away while checking us in. Glad we booked when we did. The breakfast was awesome. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The breakfast host was very friendly and asking guests if she could help them with anything. I highly recommend……

“As soon as I opened the door to our room it smelled & felt clean! Pillows & bed was comfortable. Pool was being used by guest and breakfast had a good selection. Would stay there again. We also brought our medium size dog and they were welcoming.”

“El hotel estuvo fatal, falta se limpieza ! Me sentí super mal allí, pero tenía que dormir en algún lugar y fue el único q encontré disponible. De seguro pk nadie se ospeda allí. Insectos en el dormitorio y en la cama encontré arañas. Y NO HABIA DESAYUNO y el precio 120 dólares la noche. E estado en mejores lugares por menos. Fatal lugar para quedarse no lo recomiendo”

“Pros - kitchen and bathroom were very nice -owner/manager was very nice and responsive Cons - there was a musty smell in the bedrooms: -the bathtub was unusually high and was difficult to enter/exit -carpet was aged and in need of replacement -the condensate bucket for the neighboring unit was overflowing and smelly when we arrived...was later emptied. -the exhaust air from the adjacent unit's AC had an unpleasant odor. Had to……

“Everything was great. Just a couple of items that the host might want to look at. The refrigerator had some old food from a previous guest. I guess the cleaning crew missed that. The tub is in serious need of a thorough cleaning or replacement. I ended up not wanting to shower due to the condition.”
