“The hot tub was broken and the pool reeked of chlorine, but that can happen at places. The most concerning part was never was the room cleaned during my 6 day stay. I had to take out the trash myself, request towels multiple times,the linen was stained, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was a note on the mirror claiming towels and linens would be replaced every 3 days but this never happened. In fact an earring was found in the linen on my first night. “We are traveling with our dog. The first room smelled strongly of cat urine and gave me a headache. We asked if there was another room available. The clerk took us to another room. It didn’t smell. We move everything to the new room and crawl into bed to find a plate size wet spot. I head to the front desk and she is very apologetic. We get a third room that had dry sheets and less of a smell. She did ask me to send the picture to her. She was embarrassed and said this isn’t how they run the……
