Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. As always great, but fix the lifts and warm pools

Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work.
