The surroundings were good. The cleanliness of the room was fine except a few cockroaches were running around. I kind of expect that being that we’re in South Carolina. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was available.

It's a small, family owned and operated property in a very convenient location. However, it is not a resort. I've stayed there many times over the years, because the price is right, the location is very convenient and the neighborhood is nice and safe. The homes in the area are lovely and expensive! There's a large church directly across the street, a large popular Mexican restaurant next door and a laundromat just past that. Beltline conveniently crosses Columbia's major streets, because it circles around the inside of Columbia.

Not recommended

This hotel was very old and un kept. We ended up not staying because the pipe fell off the bottom of the sink and water went everywhere. The area was very shady and people congragating at hotel that werent staying there. Many folks opted to leave due to not feeling safe.

Awful stay

It was mediocre the check in at the front desk was slow the clerk was on the phone the whole time,it looked like someone was living in the front office with a bed and left over pizza box there The room was gross poo on the wall under light switch in the bathroom, main door to our room wasn't staying shut unless u slammed it. I don't recommend them

Just ok. Not the worst I’ve seen

The room was kept clean. The sink had no hot water. The shower was noted to have mold. You can tell the room had been upgraded somewhat. It was obvious the facility is older and the walls needed to be repaired better. Especially in the bathroom.
