“We booked this house because it is close to WSU and we had to move our son into the dorms. The house is small and cute! It sits on the corner and there is off the street parking which was a plus for us. I spent the couple of mornings drinking coffee on the back porch. “We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Really enjoyed the stay. Was in town for a wedding in Winfield. Liked being in a neighborhood — easy to go for a run in the mornings. I must admit the property didn’t look great on the outside BUT the inside was great— all updated and very clean. Also was close to grocery stores and places to get food. Communication with the host was easy (through the site) and he always got back to me promptly.Would book again if ever I needed a place to stay in that area. ”
