“I was pleasantly surprised that daily cleaning was available. There is no one available to check a guest in & you have to use your phone to enter the building & the room. We like human interaction & it would be nice to have a greeter. What if a person didn’t have a cell or was not tech savvy. The price is too high for the quality though.”

“The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell……

Molto gradevoli le piscine di acqua termale e acqua fresca circondate da lettini con materassini molto comodi nel verde di giardini molto curati. Ottima la colazione, personale cortese. Non abbiamo utilizzato la SPA per il troppo caldo nel mese di luglio, ma ci torneremo sicuramente.”

L'area delle piscine molto grande e veramente bella con tanto verde. “We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. ”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”
