“It's a great hotel for kids. Many activities for kids to do. The pool is very nice. But the room is a bit dark.”

“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“Great hotel on a larger roadtrip. We stayed here to break up a longer drive. It was perfect for our family of three. It is also a great area to stop overnight. There are a lot of restaurants and a large mall. Highly recommend!”

I was also able to check in a little early due to a very long drive from out of state. The desk clerk was very friendly and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
