"Most of the staff were awesome but there does seem to be a bit of confusion about the restaurants and whats included and the Capitan of Las brissas 2 was extremely rude to us and our friends but other than that everyone else was great!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed 6 nights at this resort. It was low season and never once had to wait for anything! The staff made us feel so welcome and spoiled. "Property has incredible views from every angle. House overall is very nice, clean and unique but entire house can use an upgrade. Gated community so we felt safe. The fishing spot is beautiful. I must mention that the property stairs to get to house are very steep and would not work for elderly (carrying luggage and other items was a workout for sure). We had an issue with the water pump and went without water for almost 24 hours! After pump was fixed, water pressure was extremely bad and felt like we were showering for hours as we were only getting drops of water. Master shower was completely out after pump issue (hottest bathroom in entire house). Kitchen is completely open air so cooking/eating we were drenched in sweat. Make sure you bring bug spray because mosquitoes will eat you alive."
