“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“The breakfast menu was decent. Loved the healthy options. Fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff was exceptional. We arrived early, our flight was an early morning arrival, after a snowy drive we arrived at 9 AM, they were able to have a room ready for us at 10AM. The cleaning lady was amazing. Very friendly and went above and beyond to have this room ready. Offered the breakfast when we got there as we knew there would be a wait. The front counter staff were also very friendly. Rooms were clean and……
