“When we first arrived, the check-in woman was not very pleasant not a good first impression. The aesthetics of the hotel is very nice.After 1 day our ac unit broke, they tried to fix but wasn’t cooling so I asked to switch rooms. Once we moved into the new room unpacked again we found cockroaches. They came and sprayed when we left the room. When we came back there was a strong odor from whatever they did we had to leave the door open for a few hours to refresh the room. We were too tired……
