Welcome to Le Petit Courseulles!<br><br>This apartment, featuring a furnished loggia and a balcony, is located in the town center, close to all shops and just 100 meters from the beach!<br><br>This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.<br><br>You’ll enter the apartment through a small hallway that leads to the living area.<br><br>The apartment features an open-concept living room and kitchen with a 160-cm double sofa bed (we provide the sheets), a TV, and a dining area with a dining table.<br><br>Kitchen amenities in the open-concept living area:<br>- Stovetop<br>- Oven/microwave<br>- Refrigerator/freezer<br>- Senseo coffee maker<br>- Toaster<br>- Electric kettle<br>- Dishes<br><br>A bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet.<br><br>You can also enjoy a balcony overlooking part of the harbor as well as a covered loggia.<br><br>Included: linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag. <br>For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies.<br><br>The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.<br>You will receive a set of keys.<br><br>Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 p.m.<br>Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.<br><br>Courseulles-sur-Mer is a charming coastal town located in Normandy, in the Calvados department of France.
